Clinical Hypnotherapy for Anxiety, Behaviour, and Pain.

An evidence-informed approach, working alongside your GP, psychologist, or specialist as part of your care plan.

Welcome to All About You.

How it looks.

At All About You, we aim to modify unhelpful patterns associated Anxiety, Behaviour, and Pain with Clinical Hypnotherapy. Our work looks at each individual problem from a function-focused lens to identify how your mind is maintaining it's current state, and then gently guiding you to more beneficial outcomes.

We implement cognitive-behavioural practices, mindfulness-based skills, and hypnotherapy to deliver an evidence-informed service that has a lasting impact.

We work in conjuction with medical professionals to provide a service that complements existing healthcare.

FAQs.

What is hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a focused state of attention, where the outside world seems to matter a little less. Your mind will become more open to receiving new ideas, or finding old ones that work better than the current ones. Some think it is like sleep, but it is much different. It is a natural state that you go in and out of every day.

Is this a replacement for my medical treatment?

No. Hypnotherapy works alongside medical treatment to provide complementary outcomes. It is not a replacement for doctors, specialists, psychology or psychiatry. We will refer to someone who's more qualified if the problems are outside our scope of practice.

Is hypnosis safe?

Yes, it’s a natural and safe process guided by a trained professional. It is a natural ability that we all have and everyone deserves to access to the benefits.

I'm not over-stressing and in situations where I don't need to stress and my brain starts to spiral, I just giggle and don't stress... I like that and I want to do more.

I haven't had any alcohol when making dinner since our session. I still drink socially but I'm feeling much better! I'm having better sleep as well.
